It facilitates a straightforward selection process, allowing users to decide whether to place a personal call directly from their mobile device or a business call via the corporate switchboard.

When choosing to dial through the switchboard, DialApp automatically connects the call, regardless of whether the contact is selected from the stored contacts or entered manually. For private calls, users can utilize Apple's built-in dialing application to place calls directly from their mobile device.

All outgoing calls made through the switchboard display the business landline number, maintaining a consistent professional identity.

From a cost perspective, the system ensures that business call expenses are accurately allocated. Employees can also leverage the company’s calling plans for personal calls, simplifying billing without additional administrative effort or the need for manual reconciliation of phone bills.
